Villa Ugo is an Art Nouveau residence surrounded by greenery, restored to its original essence and designed for today's travelers. Hospitality is personal, with the freedom to come and go without fixed schedules. Bright interiors and nature-inspired colours define the refreshment room, veranda and lounges.
Eight rooms, each with its own character. French-size single beds or king-size double beds, high mattresses with toppers, double pillows and natural-fibre linen. Air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and LED Smart TV with access to Netflix or your favourite streaming service. Botanical motifs and soft tones define the atmosphere.
The common areas invite you to read or work in peace: practical surfaces, nearby charging points and a coffee station available at all times. The refreshment room stays open all day: a buffet that speaks of Emilia, from breakfast through to the evening.
A garden of centuries-old trees, hedges and paths creates a green edge around the villa and offers shade during the warmest hours. From the veranda, the view meets perspectives that change with the seasons. Between filtered light and time stretching out, it is an invitation to take a moment to breathe.

Among the Bamboo
A watercolour inspired by a bamboo grove unfolds across biscuit-coloured interiors, where a sequence of vertical stems crosses the space. Dark oak furnishings introduce a note of character, complementing the lightness of the design.
Breeze and Light
A contemporary motif takes shape across ecru walls and ceiling, where light brushstrokes trace vibrant branches and leaves on a silk-grey background. The stone-toned headboard blends into the room's palette, enhancing its chromatic continuity.
La Chiantigiana
Shades of creamy white host a landscape inspired by the Chianti region, with a progression of cypresses and fruit trees extending through the spaces. From the windows, the eye rests on the gentle outline of the Emilia hills.
Deep Blue
Aegean Blue defines the room's personality and forms the backdrop for décor inspired by indienne fabrics imported from the 16th century onwards, where peacocks, flowering trees and fruit trees alternate in a richly detailed composition.
Toile de Jouy
Light tones, with pine-green details and rosy accents, frame a Toile de Jouy print: peacocks, fruit trees and flowering trees intertwine in harmonious symmetry.
Marble Pink
A scene with the effect of a fresco takes shape across white and cream fields: peahens, butterflies, peonies and plum branches animate the surface on a base reminiscent of pink marble.
Cherry Blossoms
Bright and intimate, with ivory white revealing a motif inspired by cherry trees: slender branches stretch across the walls with a light touch, close to the balance and restraint of Eastern aesthetics.
One step higher
The only room located in the highest part of the villa, with views opening onto the treetops of the park and the outline of the hills. Moss-green walls host a decoration where small nightingales flutter among flowering branches on a golden-beige background.
The Foundations
From "Il Cantuccio" to Villa Ugo: a new name chosen by the Gardeni family. A tribute to the person who first dedicated himself to this project, a restoration that brings the charm of the Belle Époque back to light.
